Find Relief from Sinus and Allergy Pain with Specialized Chiropractic Techniques

Specialized Chiropractic Techniques

Are you tired of suffering from sinus and allergy pain? Do you experience congestion, headaches, and fatigue during allergy season? There is hope for relief! Our chiropractic practice offers specialized techniques to help alleviate sinus and allergy pain, including Endonasal treatment and Balloon-Assisted Adjusted Cranial Facial Release (CFR).

Endonasal Treatment: Opening Up Your Airflow

Endonasal technique aligns the cranial bones, called turbinates, to open up your airflow. Small balloons are inserted into a section of your nose called the turbinate in the nasopharynx, the opening between the nose and throat, and then inflated into three passages on each side to open up the breathing passageway and mobilize the bones of the face and cranium.

As the balloon expands, you may hear a “crack” or a “pop” as the cranial sutures release. This is a good sign that the treatment is working. There is a slight discomfort that can last a few seconds but we will explain the whole procedure in detail and take our time with you.

Balloon-Assisted Adjusted CFR (Cranial Facial release)  is a technique offering relief for many treatment-resistant conditions by targeting the cranial bones. The treatment is once a week for three weeks and takes about 30 minutes per session.

Some possible causes for sinus pain can be post-facial trauma and post-concussion trauma.

Acupuncture: A Natural Solution for Sinus Issues and Seasonal Allergies

The World Health Organization certifies acupuncture as a treatment for many conditions. Acupuncture is effective for sinus issues and seasonal allergies as well.

We also offer a desensitization technique depending on your specific allergen, for instance, cat dander. There are specific acupuncture points that we would insert needles into in order to desensitize your nerves and nervous system to that specific allergen. Mold, dander, seasonal allergens, new carpet chemicals, etc.
